Randall Odzer has served on the boards of four healthcare-related companies for over eight years and participated in company acquisitions totaling $18.0 million. Mr. Odzer currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of a $4.5B division of a global financial services organization and has over 20 years of risk management, capital planning, mergers & acquisitions and accounting expertise.

Mr. Odzer leverages his “Big Four” accounting and Fortune 200 experience to bring a multi-faceted approach to growth and profitability. Be it evaluating and integrating M&A, implementing initiatives to drive revenues and earnings, or optimizing capital, Mr. Odzer is the go-to member of his leadership team. Randall has also earned the reputation as someone who leverages data and insight to make decisions and drive change.

Mr. Odzer is a native of Chicago, Illinois and received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Mr. Odzer is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive license).
